Corrosion resistance of AISI 302/304L stainless steel ball
Excellent corrosion resistance in contact with organic chemicals, oxidizing solutions, food products and sterilization solutions. Good resistance to atmospheric corrosion and dyes. Subject to pitting and pore corrosion in the presence of hot chlorides and corrosion under load if temperature exceeds 60°C. Do not resist sulphuric acid solutions.
